Disclaimer

Images on this Site are for purchasing guidelines only. Colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor, depending on your screens resolution. Manufacturing changes can also result in variations to images.

Colour differences between batches and dye lots can vary due to manufacturing processes and cannot be guaranteed the colours will be the same for all bead lots.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). While we make every effort to publish the correct prices and descriptions, all prices and information are subject to change without notice. In the event that our website has displayed an incorrect price, we reserve the right to request payment for the correct price or cancel the order and provide a full refund to the customer.

If the incorrect postage/shipping is selected or the website displays incorrect information (such as free shipping at $0 / add to existing order at $1) we reserve the right to request payment for the correct amount of shipping required to despatch your order, or cancel the order and provide a refund in full.

Shazzam Creations currently accepts payment in the following methods:
– Online transaction via PayPal
– Online transaction via bank deposit
– AfterPay payment (coming soon!)

Please note: if payment by bank deposit – orders will not be despatched until the payment has successfully cleared in our bank account. AfterPay payments for orders will be despatched within our usual timeframe.

Goods and Services (“GST”) and Other Taxes

Prices displayed on the Site are in AUD and are NOT inclusive of GST.

You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duties, charges, imports or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, government taxation agency or the governmental body, including without limitation, any customs duty, any additional GST payable or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered from you from this site.

Orders & Despatch

All products advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints.

In the event of an item being unavailable to supply in your order, you will be provided with a store credit to use on a future purchase. Alternatively we can provide a refund upon request, however can only be processed via PayPal.

In an effort to save on environmental waste, we combine all beads together in packaging bags (we ask you please dispose of thoughtfully) and do NOT send invoices with orders. Invoices are sent immediately to your email once an order has been placed.

We will attempt to despatch all orders within our shipping timeframes as stated here, however cannot take responsibility for delays.

Shipping

All our shipping costs are outlined here. If we are able to save on postage costs by using an alternate method of post, you will be refunded the difference in savings.

Cancellations & or Changes to an order

Any orders that have not yet been packed or started in creation, can be cancelled however a 10% cancellation fee applies. If your order has been started in creation or has already been packed and you still wish to cancel your order the cancellation fee of $10.00 or 25% of the order will apply (whichever one is higher).

Returns & Exchanges

As per the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item/s has a major problem. This is when the item:

* has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
* is unsafe
* is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If you receive your order damaged or are unhappy with your purchase from Shazzam Creations, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your item together with the reason/issue and we will be happy to discuss your options for an exchange or store credit.

In the event that your item/s need to be returned to Shazzam Creations; shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit (following the terms and conditions) the goods must be returned in original condition. Once the goods are returned, and the goods have been inspected – you will receive an exchange/store credit. All exchanges incur an additional shipping fee payable by the customer.

Shazzam Creations takes no responsibility for any damage or loss in transit when a customer sends a product back for return/exchange. Please ensure the goods have been properly packaged with sufficient protection for safe return through transit.

Intellectual Property

This Site and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this Site, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party. These intellectual property rights are protected by Australian and international laws.
You may view our Site and its contents for personal and non-commercial use only and subject to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and similar legislation.
